અનુસુચિત જાતિના વિધાર્થીઓ માટે ગુજરાતમાં લગભગ તમામ જિલ્લા મથકે તેમજ મોટા શહેરોમાં ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા હોસ્ટેલની વિનામુલ્યે સગવળ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. તેમજ આગળ ભણવા માટે સરકારી અને ખાનગી બેંકો તથા સામાજીક – ધાર્મિક ટ્ર્સ્ટો દ્વારા લોન પણ મળે છે.

સફળ થવા માટે આટલું જરુર કરો.-
(1) ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસમાં જતાં પહેલાં પોતાને કયો વિષય વધારે ફાવે છે, શોખ છે, તે નક્કી કરો અને તે ક્ષેત્રમાં એડમિશન મળતાં કદાચ ભણતરનો “ભાર” “હાઉ” નહિ લાગે.
(2) ગાડરીયા પ્રવાહ-દેખાદેખીથી દુર રહો, પોતાના આત્મવિશ્વાસે આગળ વધો.
(3) રિઝર્વેશનને કારણે મને ઓછા ટકાએ એડમિશન મળી જ જશે અથવા મને મનગમતી સરકારી નોકરી મળી જશે… એવો ભ્રમ મગજ માંથી કાઢી નાખો. સખત મહેનત કરીને આગળ આવો, છતાં પણ રિઝર્વેશન તો જરુરી છે જ…
(4) આજનાં આ સ્પર્ધાત્મક યુગમાં ઇંગ્લિશ અને કોમ્પુટર ઓપરેટીંગમાં પાવરધા બનો- જેની દરેક ક્ષેત્રમાં જરુર પડવાની છે.
(5) ધાર્યા કરતાં ઓછા ટકા આવે અથવા મનગમતા ક્ષેત્રમાં એડમિશન ન મળે તો ગભરાઓ નહિ-નાસીપાસ ન થાઓ, પોતાની કચાસ ને ચકાસો અને ફરી પ્રયત્ન કરો.. બેસી ન રહો. મંઝીલે ઓર ભી હૈ!.

–> કૉલેજ અધુરી છોડી જનાર માઈક્રોસોફ્ટનાં વડા બિલ ગેટ્સ આજે પણ સોફ્ટવેર કિંગ છે જ ને…
(6) ગ્રેજ્યુએશન પછી GPSC, UPSCની સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરિક્ષાઓમાં ભાગ લો.
(7) ભણતર પુરું થઈ ગયા પછી સરકારી નોકરીની રાહ જોઈ બેસી ન રહો. જાહેર-ખાનગી ક્ષેત્રની ભરતીઓમાં ભાગ લો. બની શકે તો ભલે નાનો પણ પોતાનો વ્યવસાય સ્થાપો, કોઇની ગુલામી નહી કરવી પડે, બેરોજગારી નહી સતાવે.
(8) સ્કુલ-કોલેજોમાં સારા અને હોશિયાર વિધાર્થીઓથી દોસ્તી કરો, ખરાબ લોકોની સંગતે ચડશો તો તમને પણ નુકશાન થશે.
(9) સામાજિક કુરિવાજો અને ખોટા ખર્ચાઓ તેમજ વ્યસનોથી દુર રહો.
(10) કોઇપણ પ્રોબ્લેમ હોય તો મિત્રો સાથે બેસીને ખુલ્લા મને ચર્ચા કરો… મન હળવું થઈ જશે.
(11) હમેશા પોઝીટીવ વિચારો… નિરાશ ક્યારેય ન થાવ. આંખો ખોલીને દિવસે સપનાં જોતા શિખો…તમેં શું બનવા માંગો છો…
